Roof Mounts

A strapless mounting system allows for panel expansion and contraction with minimal roof penetrations. Boss provides solutions for systems in cyclone-prone regions, such as aluminum profiles designed to spread the screw fixing to the roof over a greater distance.

Single Piece Construction

The unique single piece header maximises flow and increases efficiency. Headers and risers are locked together forming one solid piece eliminating seams and welds that can crack with age. This single piece construction produces the strongest possible connection and ensures a low maintenance system.

Multilayered Rigid Collector

The large 8mm ID round tube + Web design boosts heat capture without allowing heat to escape between the tubes. The large 8mm tubes increases water flow and reduces back-pressure, enhancing energy absorption and heating efficiency. 

Webs maximise heat gain even on windy days whilst allows tubes to expand and contract independently. No tie-down straps are needed even for exposed windy locations.  

Sleek Design

Rhino Rigid’s superior design makes ugly roof strapping unnecessary.

Mounting Sleds

Prevents panel distortion and tube abrasion from thermal expansion, adding strength to the unit as well as allowing panels to “float” above the roof, keeping it clean and dry. Additionally, they maintain the alignment of individual collector strips for efficient operation and a neat appearance.

UV Stabilised Co-Polypropylene

Premium plastic compound known for its excellent heat transfer properties and ability to withstand long sun exposure. The polymer is non-toxic and safe for drinking water as it fulfils FDA and EU requirements for articles in contact with food.

Flexible Coupling Assembly

Designed to bend and flex, the Rhino Flexible Coupling absorbs the differing thermal expansion and contraction rates of the PVC pipework and the Rhino panels, without placing undue stress on the connecting components, maximising the longevity of your system.

End Cap

End Caps are installed at opposing ends of the Rhino System to seal the header pipes. They are connected to the panels using Ring Clamp Assemblies.
